PPI unveils a new spiral pulley design

The Spiral Wing is a great product in applications where belt cleaning and foreign material pass through are needed. It does this without putting added vibrations into the belt, which may be undesirable for a variety of reasons such as skirt board sealing, belt scales, or dust control issues. PPI has taken this proven concept and gone one step further. We call it the Spiral Plus Wing. We chose that name for several reasons. First of all the Spiral Plus Wing is built with Mine Duty material thicknesses so you know it will stand up to the toughest applications. It is wrapped with extra heavy spiraled bar that is spaced twice as wide as a standard spiral so larger rock can easily fit through. We also spaced the wings out further to prevent material from becoming lodged in between them.
